Guidelines for Fundraising and Activities for the Benefit for Just Whippets Rescue

I agree to pay over all monies raised in relation to the fundraising efforts described within 28 days following the completion of my event/activity. Cheques should be sent to Just Whippets Rescue, 4 Castle Gate, Kenton, Exeter, Devon, EX6 8SQ and cash should be deposited in the Just Whippets Rescue bank account (details provided on request).  All relevant sponsor forms or documentation should also be returned to Just Whippets Rescue.

Guidelines for Fundraising Activities for the Benefit of Just Whippets Rescue Charity(Registered Charity No 1147613)

When carrying our fundraising activities in aid of Just Whippets Rescue it is really important that you adhere to the following guidelines.

No fundraising activities in aid of Just Whippets Rescue should proceed without our approval - please ensure that you have our authorisation before you begin fundraising.

​

Keep record of how much money you have raised and let us know how much you have raised as soon as possible after any event.

​

Pay over any sums raised as soon as possible and remember to include any paperwork.  This will enable us to reclaim gift aid on eligible donations.

​

If plans go wrong and your fundraising activities can not go ahead, please let us know as soon as possible.
